Opportunity Fund

Organizations in Onondaga and Cayuga Counties that meet our stated mission of building strong families and vibrant neighborhoods may submit a brief one-to-two-page summary of a proposed project or funding request.  These funding request summaries may be submitted at any time and are reviewed on a rolling basis.

 

In general, the Allyn Family Foundation is open to requests that:

  • Support healthy development for children and families

  • Build family economic stability and self-sufficiency

  • Support places and spaces that bring people together with intention

  • Build neighborhoods of choice

  • Amplify community voice and power-building

 

The summary document must include:

  • a brief description of your organization

  • an overview of the project

  • how it addresses a community need

  • the project timeline

  • the overall budget and requested amount

  • anticipated outcomes

The one-to-two-page summary should be submitted via email to Amy Nye at anye@allynfoundation.org.
